Agora focuses on four core areas critical to helping small businesses create positive change in their communities.

Knowledge - Developing Leadership and Management Talent

Through partnerships with top business schools, volunteer professionals, and world-class companies, Agora selects entrepreneurs with consulting and leadership development around management and sustainability issues. The goal is to find small and early stage impact entrepreneurs and provide them with the very practical knowledge they need to increase their impact.

Networks - Building Community and Networks

Agora connects impact entrepreneurs from around the region through mentorship programs, peer to peer learning engagements, entrepreneur networks, market linkages, and conferences so they can exchange best practices, build trust, grow their business and build an impact entrepreneurship movement.

Capital - Providing Access to Growth Capital

Through local partnerships and the Agora Venture Fund, Agora works to give entrepreneurs the opportunity to access the right kind of capital to accelerate their growth and social impact. To do this Agora creates it’s own funds but also works hard to attract capital through its Accelerator program.
